This order is valid for 90 days from the date of placing the order. If the customer is late to confirm the content of the production goods and the delivery time, the order will be finalized and the deposit will not be refunded. Furniture products may have slight differences in specifications or colors due to the manufacturing process or natural materials. Customers must accept that the specification tolerance of each product is +/-1 inch (sand +/-2 inches). This sales order will be valid within 90 days from the issue date. All deposit and payment of any form will be forfeited if the customers could not confirm the products and its delivery. The Company cannot accept any amendment afterwards. Customers must accept slight color/ size tolerance of +/- 1inches (Sofa: +/-2 inch) on each side of the product.
All customized products are subject to the drawings. If the customer has no objection after viewing the drawings, he or she must sign on the side of the drawings. If it is a custom-made product that has been measured and drawn, our company will not accept the customer's order cancellation and refund request, and an additional drawing fee and measuring fee of HK$2,000 will be required. All tailor-made items will be manufactured based on the rendering attached to sales order, and customer shall mark a signature to consent to the production. For confirmed tailor-made products, no refund will be accepted, and the customer will be responsible for a HK$2,000 rendering charge.
All delivered items cannot be returned or refunded. No purchase return or refund will be accepted for all delivered products.
