The warranty period is calculated from the date of first purchase of the product. Customers must present a valid invoice to prove the date of first purchase to enjoy maintenance services.
Maintenance does not apply to the following situations:
Normal wear and tear;
Cosmetic damage, including cuts and scratches;
Damage caused by external factors, such as problems caused by exposure, moisture, dust, dust mites, etc.;
Damage caused by improper installation, use, storage or accident;
Goods that have been installed, disassembled, modified, repaired, or moved by customers or non-authorized personnel;
Products that are not maintained according to the methods provided in the maintenance instructions;
Hanging-mounted furniture;
Goods for commercial purposes;
Goods shipped to places outside Hong Kong;
Other failures or damages that may be attributed to the customer.
After the maintenance application is verified, the buyer's warehouse or its supplier will have the sole discretion to repair or replace the defective goods for the customer. If the item purchased for the first time is out of stock or discontinued, the buyer's warehouse or its supplier will replace the product with a similar model for the customer. The time required for repair or replacement depends on the damage and parts/goods availability.
Within 14 days after completing the repair or replacement of the goods, if the same problem occurs again, the buyer's warehouse or its supplier will inspect the customer's home for free. If the same problem occurs again after 14 days or there are other problems with the product, the customer needs to apply for maintenance again.
The warranty period for repaired or replaced goods is the remaining period calculated from the date of first purchase of the goods.
The maintenance content and details of original factory maintenance are subject to the terms and conditions established by individual suppliers.
